Business Development Executive

About the role

Do you have a passion for technology, digital marketing and the healthcare industry? 

Are you a solution sales professional who can close innovative digital deals?

This role will require a BDE OR BDM who has an uncanny ability to create a sense of urgency and sell innovation that improves the healthcare providers digital footprint (on any device) and drives a better all-round customer experience.

This is a new business role however 80% of leads will be provided, allowing you to do what you do best, sell solutions and close deals.

This Business Development opportunity is perfect for an enthusiastic, articulate, enterprising Sales Professional. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial organisation with great people, with big ambitions and a flat management structure who support you.

Responsibilities

  • Generate interest from prospective clients and distribution partners at scale through a targeted outbound approach
  • Articulate the value of their platform / solution offerings on calls, meetings, and presentations with Healthcare Practice managers using a consultative sales methodology
  • Successfully and consistently close deals with new clients

About you

  • Deal-making experience in the SaaS, digital marketing or tech sector, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit; ability to generate and drive solutions independently
  • Creative thinker/thought leader in developing new approaches, use cases, and best practices
  • Commitment to building a world-class company and making an impact
  • Down to earth, approachable personality; NDH policy applies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital sales, business development or media sales
  • Relentless dedication to exceeding targets and a proven ability to do so
  • Excellent understanding of competitive landscape and trends in the digital and social media space, and the opportunities this presents for brands  
  • Positive attitude, strong culture fit, drive to make a difference
  • Willingness to travel
